I was induced back in July when I had my son and it ended in a c-section. :( But I'm sooo praying that it won't happen to you, I'd hate for you to go through that. 36 lbs isnt bad at all! You still look great, and obviously your body just needed to gain it for the pregnancy...I bet you 20 lbs will be gone by the time you leave the hospital, thats how it is with 99% of women...now the rest can be a little more stubborn, but you can do it! =D Congratsss!

Aw you are so cute, you made me want to cry saying it was bittersweet because it was the last few days as a couple. I felt the same way I have been with my fiance for 7 years and just had our daughter 3 months ago and it was so weird knowing it wasn't going to be just me and him anymore.But once she came it was fine :) Congratulations, Gavin will be here before you know it and I'm sure you and your husband will make wonderful parents! Did you ask the Dr *why* he needs to induce you when you're only 40 weeks and change? He should allow you to go to 42 weeks, if you don't have some kind of medical issue that requires Gavin to come sooner. My midwives do not induce etc until 42 weeks. I hope Gavin decides to come on his own before Thursday! Come on, kid, give your mommy a break, eh? :)

My water broke when I had my daughter and i had to receive pitocin to regulate my contractions. It wasnt too bad, and I didnt have any pain medicine at all. No epidural. I hope things go smoothly and you have a natural easy birth. I was scared s***less beofre my daughter came! Haha.

Yo will do wonderful. Induction does suck :/ are you planning on getting any iv drug or an epidural??? They tell you that induction could take up to 2 days but since you are already dialated it may not be that long... My suggestion to you is wiat until you are about 7 cm dialated the pushing him out part is 1,000 times more painful then the labor contractions. My son was 2 weeks late 9 lbs. So be thankful they arent making you wait that long:). God bless you sweetie. oxox
DO not worry about your weight gain at all!! I was a very very petite person and soooo athletic and gained 80lbs LOL>>> so do not worry!! I lost all of it and more within 5 months after baby.. breastfeeding really will burn it off! and you werent heavy before so youll lose it fast!! good luck!! youll do great!! and you look gorgeous as always!

Your pregnancy is SSSOOO similar to mine! I had a TON of contractions from 39 weeks + and went all the way to 41 weeks! Good luck with everything!
