@musicman257 That would have been interesting, all the lives Eddie s DEATH directly affected. Would they hate him for causeing the to greave a death that didnt happen....qustion s like..you could have written to say you didnt die and if you wanted to be gone we wouldnt have greaved. Amger, pissed off, hopefuly forgiveness. A very interesting idea.

They say it's on the Unreleased Tapes of Eddie and the Cruisers. But most of the stuff on there is dialogue from the movie or songs that are on the other soundtracks. I love this song too and am trying to find it elsewhere.

Been looking for this tune, were did you get it? I have the soundtracks for Eddie & the Cruisers 1 and 2, Its not there. OldSchool is right, they don't make movies like this anymore.

Eddie Lives was a far better movie than Eddie And The Cruisers IMO. I bought the movie on vhs a few years ago.. I've watched it a about 15 times. They don't make movies like that anymore. This song wasn't in the movie, it's a good song!

eddie 1 was batter acted and produced but was too slow paced at times and left an empty feeling

eddie 2 was less well scripted but had very good songs, was linear and ended on a higher note, but the songs they played at the end were the worst in the bunch

sal should have gotten the finder's fee. Unfortunately Berenger was at the top of his career when 2 was made and I think he turned it down - would've been a better pianist.

Respond to this video... Movie is really about a Jim Morrison type, he was fiercely destructive, self and others, and enamored with Rimbaud who, like Eddie, was at the top of his fame when he ducked out of society. This one one of the reasons that there were so manny Morrison Lives rumors.

The other, of course is that he is actually not dead or alive because he is a vampire.
