Total bs. Som coffee, red meat and dairy.. in moderation can be helpful. The is just to eat the organic and grass fed meat.. dairy. And limit coffee to like one cup... which can actually help you lose weight.. by motivating you to get some exercise and oxygenating your blood, which is what caffeine does.

Pork and Poultry are very good for a diet as is fish and occasionally a good lean red meat. Milkshakes and other junk foods are obvious. Most fruit juices contain a great deal of fructose (sugar) and are calorie dense, but still better than soda. If you like water, that should be your drink of choice. Think about how much extra food you can eat by no soda.
The REAL problem is calories in vs calories burned. The less sugar/fat you take in, the more you can eat for the same calories. If you don't drink a can of coke, you can eat an extra 150c of food without raising the calories in the meal.

The juice from the store is bad. FRESH juices that are made in front of you (like at a juice bar or health store) is good because they are more natural, have minerals and enzymes that your body can use readily.
The problem with store bought juices is that it's been pasturized, so what is left is a "natural" product, but it's more like liquid sugar.
Citrus fruit/juices aren't bad haha, only if you do it yourself.
If you read up on it, it does lead to deterioration of your body. A little is ok but don't over do it. It's too acidic and it breaks down your own muscle.

This should be used for your work out along with a healthy diet. Of course, will power is needed in any kind of weight loss regime.

I don't disagree with your comment and I did PLENTY of researsh when I was working out. I read books, talked to professional bodyduilders, looked at scientific reports, and read plenty of reports on ALL the supplements I took. This WHOLE post is supposed to be about weight loss though. I lost over 30lbs and gained about 20 in muscle mass. If you crave carbs after drinking coffee, use your will power and eat a healthy carb. Bannanas or crackers anyone?
I do not drink coffee at all, and I have used many supplements, some with success, but overall caffeine is terrible for the human being, especially if it is more than a cup of green tea,unsweetened here and there. I study Naturopathy and practice it with good results.

Generally, juice is good unless it's the kid's brand name that punches in lots of sugar, and unnatural things in it. I'm pretty sure that you can either get the 100% juices that has natural sugars in them (lots of Vitamins and such) or you can make homemade juices with a blender.

Fish is good for protein... I also eat turkey burgers, I've lost a lot of weight within the last 2 months... from 206 to 170, also when you're eating do it in moderation around 5 times a day. Eating just at one meal a whole bunch of food isn't good.
Eating a little at a time every 2-3 hours you can burn off those calories better. I also drink juices he could possibly be right, but I don't think it will really hurt you when you are losing weight. I drink 10 times the amount of water then I do juice though. BTW I also workout around 3 hours a day...
Good video Obaid. You must be vegan. I just started being vegan and feel much better for it. Helps to lose weight. It is true, milk is the cause of insidious diseases. Almond milk is best for babies if they cannot get mothers milk. Is there a website you can recommend for recipes of the types of foods you make for meals? Of course one will put the weight back on if one goes back to eating the old way that helped put the weight on in the first place.

to lose weight at insain speeds for a max of 5 days eat a diet of 90% fat, 10% protein and 700-1400 calories depending how hungry you are and for example eat 3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg for breakfast that would = around just 10% protein
but a very serious warning do not do this diet if you have 50 or more pounds of fat to lose for you will lose weight soo fast it will be dangerous. try not to lose more than 1 pound of fat per day. to start out eat a diet of 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs

Total bs. Som coffee, red meat and dairy.. in moderation can be helpful. The is just to eat the organic and grass fed meat.. dairy. And limit coffee to like one cup... which can actually help you lose weight.. by motivating you to get some exercise and oxygenating your blood, which is what caffeine does.

I like how he says soda is bad because it has caffeine in it and Citrus juice, leaving out the fact that it's nothing more than sugar water. Pork and Poultry are very good for a diet as is fish and occasionally a good lean red meat. Milkshakes and other junk foods are obvious. Most fruit juices contain a great deal of fructose (sugar) and are calorie dense, but still better than soda. If you like water, that should be your drink of choice. Think about how much extra food you can eat by no soda.

Take all this with a grain of salt though.
The REAL problem is calories in vs calories burned. The less sugar/fat you take in, the more you can eat for the same calories. If you don't drink a can of coke, you can eat an extra 150c of food without raising the calories in the meal.
You can also exercise to eat more.
Try to keep your calories under 14k per week.

If you can catch it, gather it or grow it, eat it. Of course too much meat is not good, but some and in small portions is ok. Pork is forbidden in most religions and it killed Buddha, it is poison. Water, Hot and cold tea either unsweetened or lightly sweetened with real cane sugar is a better alternative than soda and fruit juices. Juicing as a meal replacement is ok. At least this diet has contributed to my own health.

The juice from the store is bad. FRESH juices that are made in front of you (like at a juice bar or health store) is good because they are more natural, have minerals and enzymes that your body can use readily.
The problem with store bought juices is that it's been pasturized, so what is left is a "natural" product, but it's more like liquid sugar.
Citrus fruit/juices aren't bad haha, only if you do it yourself.

I don't disagree with your comment and I did PLENTY of researsh when I was working out. I read books, talked to professional bodyduilders, looked at scientific reports, and read plenty of reports on ALL the supplements I took. This WHOLE post is supposed to be about weight loss though. I lost over 30lbs and gained about 20 in muscle mass. If you crave carbs after drinking coffee, use your will power and eat a healthy carb. Bannanas or crackers anyone?

Generally, juice is good unless it's the kid's brand name that punches in lots of sugar, and unnatural things in it. I'm pretty sure that you can either get the 100% juices that has natural sugars in them (lots of Vitamins and such) or you can make homemade juices with a blender.
I don't see how milk is bad during dieting. It's proven that milk, eggs, and yogurt can do 'bits' in their own way to your waistline.

Fish is good for protein... I also eat turkey burgers, I've lost a lot of weight within the last 2 months... from 206 to 170, also when you're eating do it in moderation around 5 times a day. Eating just at one meal a whole bunch of food isn't good.

Eating a little at a time every 2-3 hours you can burn off those calories better. I also drink juices he could possibly be right, but I don't think it will really hurt you when you are losing weight. I drink 10 times the amount of water then I do juice though. BTW I also workout around 3 hours a day...

Good video Obaid. You must be vegan. I just started being vegan and feel much better for it. Helps to lose weight. It is true, milk is the cause of insidious diseases. Almond milk is best for babies if they cannot get mothers milk. Is there a website you can recommend for recipes of the types of foods you make for meals? Of course one will put the weight back on if one goes back to eating the old way that helped put the weight on in the first place.
