Why was the guy resisting arrest and swearing at the officers? Amongst all the confusion, it's easy to see that the officer was trying to tase him, which is police policy for arrest resisters. Yes, the officer admitted to accidently using the pistol opposed to the taser, but you can see they weren't getting any cooperation which was the reason for all the confusion. Inconclusive the men were just talking to police. It continues today this is the first time ive seen footage. i remember people saying there was a scuffle there was no scuffle. None by those young men.

Police tie an unarmed man's hands behind his back in front of 2 cameras and kill him, the police chief says it's "inconclusive" and "needs further investigation."
