From the menu up at the top:

File>Browse Internal Properties>ai>models

Find the model that matches the target you want to follow. Then, click the top-left square to open a new window and go back to the first page.

autopilot>target tracking

Set the target to match the model you want to follow. Then, set enable=1. After that, just activate autopilot functions as desired. Note that some planes won't behave too well with this.
