old video and still the best on youtube. also... DO NOT BUY A PREBUILT PC!!!!!! BUY THE PARTS AND ASSEMBLE YOURSELF! sorry for the yelling lol, but you can save money( maybe) but you can hand pick the parts, and have the pride you "built" your pc. this ensures you got everything you want and nothing you do not. for this newegg rules *tip= look for promo codes and enter them in ur shopping cart. saved me $40.00!
Its better to get a system that it overclockable but use it as stock for a year or so incase it breaks. Then after a year go for it and try to overclock everything.
can i use the original fan? ive got an asus p5ld2-x/1333 intel (r) pentium(r) Dual CPU E2160 @1.80ghz each, it sais together its 2.7 ghz , i want to over clock it to 3.1 or 3 ghz
Getting a better cooling system.. would using a fan on the side of the computer with the case open work? I think that would be a cheap, and sufficient way of keeping the entire computer cool, but it comes with the lack of it looking cool, but its worked for me :)

you are such a liar with the dell cpu overclocking... wow, don't believe this guy on the commercial one, because my friend overclocked his pc and he has an intel core 2 duo q6600@2.4 GHz and we overclocked it to 3.2 GHz, so yea buddy..
the best way to cause a fire with your cpu is to set the volts at about 5v, reboot and take off the cpu cooler. after about fifteen seconds the cpu should catch fire

Nice video, but why can't people ever get the volume correct? It's either blowing your ears out, or you need concert amps to hear it.

camz2008 3 years ago
wow. he jumped from 1333 to 1343 and had to run prime to test for stability.
I cant imagine him going for a 20%++ OC.
It would take him a year.

But he can't tell people to go for 1600 in one step
Some people will fry their Pc if they do that
