There is no doubt SAP will continue to exist, and flourish in the next 10 years. The question you should ask yourself is "Which skills will be most marketable over the course of the next 10 years?" If you attach your skills and commit your "human captial" to the study of SAP you should make sure it will be worth your while.
So just as their are still many people employed in COBOL and older programming languages, there will also be a future for those in SAP. SAP has a gigantic installed base.
