@darkwolve16 its set in a different part of US, where a part of brotherhood of Steel has been cut off, they recruit random villagers for protection and knowledge they have. Vault 1 is a place where a great part of worlds scientists were taken to, and a computer overlord is in control of it. the overlord goes nuts and begins to destroy the population using a robotic army meant to rebuild the US . all of this is begun by a group of super muties trying to break in the vault1 and triggering security

@darkwolve16 the overlord sends lots of behemoth class robots, kills off lots of population, all because it thinks the current US population is hostile to it.

main character has to find the Vault 1 and switch the overlord off

when he finds the overlord it tells the hero (you) that it needs a new bio brain, as it's old one has degraded, and new can't be found. depending on what is your choice, the game ending is different. there are four options, either you die and give it your brain (good end)

@darkwolve16 2, you can kill a follower for it, supposedly good ending, yet depends on follower., 3, you can let a BoS character sacrifice himself ( alternate, bad ending, overlord takes over the BoS and sets out to make new, somewhat frightening empire) ., 4 , just kill the overlord biobrain- as it dies you lose option to restore mankind as it was. also, any action you take stops the robotic army slaughtering the population. i used option 1 as the last ... the game is not freeroamable

Nobody knows about V13... they are not even working on it. When Bethesda bought the rights to make Fallout 3, the V13 Proyect was included in the pack... Bethesda was suposed to work on that proyect, but they don't, so Interplay has reported them for that. But what is Van Burren? Never heard of that.

Yes, you can drive vehicles... and its very usefull in some maps because one character can drive and the others atack from inside... there were 2 or 3 diferent cars, including one tank.

Don't be an ass. Fallout 3 is a great game that really captures the feel and atmosphere of 1 and 2. Black Isle went under with Interplay. They aren't going to make another Fallout. Enjoy the story as it continues and evolves.
