thank you for this informative video. sadly, i just found out i have a hemoglobin level of 6!!! i have all the symptons and i am suprised how i managed to do well in school under these circumstances!

I have iron deficiency anemia.

Just take Iron supplement and foods rich in iron discussed in the video and rest and I'm sure it'll help

@unys25 I have anemia and I take Iron supplements and eat food rich in Iron,for 1 month,and I feel just the same :(
