As an Engineer I am completely aware that these rides are created to simulate thrills like dropping, falling, speed and so on. However when we are 900 feet above the ground I remember all the drugs my fellow Engineers did while still in school. It makes me a little timid to trust them when I know a potential accident is covered by insurance that the Engineer isn't required to purchase. ..and the Engineer may never ride it.

I think many of the people commenting have not been to Vegas and seen the height of the Stratosphere tower. It doesn't look so bad in the video but when You're standing at the bottom looking up...well then you'll understand :] It's scary and I will will will ride this soon
