Yeah, if you're doing a BW pistol, your back has to round a bit to keep balance properly, but you're really putting some no-joke stress on there when you've got that bar racked like that, and you're practically falling forward
my best power clean is 225 would nice to get 315 on hang....
that clean with 315 is crazy - did u do any other supplemntry exercises to help get that or jus drilled hang cleans like crazy? wat kinda of frequency did u train em?
