This is just the funniest video... he's like, "right ok, this actually sucks but it's not so bad" Your other dog is looking at him like "dude, you have to swim like a proper dog, not just stand there." ... so funny, Frank is perturbed by the whole thing but you can tell he's not stressed.
This is very funny! I love the way his ears tilt sideways to give the signal he's testing things out. I guess in his case, he was testing the waters. How cute. lol
So did you get him out? I know dogs can get heart attacks if they are forced to endulge in heavy physical activity. I mean, I don't think this is what you are doing but if pooch wants out, let pooch out :D

ya we got him out, guide them over to the ladder, and they get out pretty easily.
though, i wouldn't call what he is doing "heavy physical activity" ;)
he falls in from time to time chasing tennis balls and whatnot. so while he doesn't like to swim, he has grown accustomed to the occasional dip.

They can't. Dogs can't swim very long. I think New FoundLands can though.
