I'm French and in France we don't really hate americans that much.

The stereotype comes with the fact that our president refused to participate in the war in irak, and americans considered it a treason since they helped us with the two world war, and so they deduced we hate them or something, which is not true.

How did "Shy Guys" get their names? They're obviously not shy if they rob people... and I doubt ALL of them are guys.

And yes Nintendolp, Paper Mario is very similar to Pokemon. Just take 9:56 for example. Goombario used Teleport. :D

Not necessarily, why do you assume all Shy Guys are the same species? Some may be Koopas, some may be Toads, some may be other species as well.
