If you also notice, the boost gauge is in mmHg, wich stands for millimeters of mercury. A method of measuring atmospheric pressure, not psi. Its 7 mmHg is equivalent to 14 psi, known as pounds per square inch.

You have no clue what that engine is capable of. Nissan used the same engine block for their IMSA race car that put out 600 hp in it's first iteration using stock crank, pistons, rods....and later on more like 1000 with modded parts. The VG30 series of engines was some of the most bulletproof ever made. 13 studs on each head compared to most other vehicles with only 8. My money is on the z car not blowing up vs any detroit metal.

Man that is a fast top speed for stock. I am running 425 hp for everyday sunday driving and have boosted it up to 500 + at 26 lbs boost with the apexi controller.

Its a 1990 with only 56ooo kilometers.. ...Fastest car for the money.

Buy a zx tt and put only $5000 into it and you can get 500 HP out of it. Best HP for the money...Cant wait for summer and all this snow to go canada winters suck.

I have taken my 300ZTT to 155 before on the stock computer and there was plenty of revs and power left. My only mods are a RPS clutch, Greddy catback, test pipes, and intake. They are limited to 155 but they dont want to stop there!!

The factor put a LIMIT on how fast the car can go. The motor will turn off once you hit that speed limit and once your it slows down enough the motor will start up. He took the gauge out, took of the needle and moved it up so it looked like it was going 280 but was going more like 160. lol but whatever the 300zx is still the SICKEST CAR EVER!

To settle anymore arguments, the z32 300zx only comes (factory) NA or Twin Turbo..... the na AND the tt both come with an oil pressure gauge under the tachometer the tt comes with a boost gauge under the speedometer (which in this case is in kph) the na does not. If the speedometer is accurate in this video the vehicle is going over 173 mph (175 IMO)
