you are an IDIOT!!! your body is in pain. it is trying to tell you something. something like "hey, there is something severely wrong and roller derby is NOT helping the issue at all!"
taking painkillers to numb the pain is NOT going to make things better... it will make things WORSE in the long run! listen to your doctor and your body!
@beerfairy you obviously know nothing about roller derby, then. Sore muscles don't mean you have a problem- it means you're working hard. Our backs get sore because our skating position is not something our desk-job-working backs are used to.
taking aleve doesnt make you better, if you are having pain, you shouldnt just take a pill and ignore it, it will only be worse or result in a worse injury when the pills effects are no longer working.
