  • I always enjoy riding the Marta! I really love the sound the train makes right as it starts leaving the stations! Will be taking it to the airport from n. Springs on Friday morning!

  • WMATA (DC area Metro) beats MARTA and BART put together though.

  • That train, or Metro (Correct me for that) is in which city ?

  • @eaglehockey16 Atlanta

  • yo these subway cars sound like the (6) train in NYC

  • @failtalk MARTA Transit uses CQ110's and NYCT Subways use R140s and R160s. It think its mainly because they use the same Bombardier propulsion systems.

  • MARTA might be like SEPTA sorry I am a Philadelphia boy and I thought it sounded like the Philly blue line at first.

  • What did that guy say to you?

  • I ride there every morning to school ;)

  • The door chimes aren't working either.

  • I MISS THE CQ 310 and CQ 311 CARS R.I.P!!! This train is a Breda CQ 312

  • I had seen that breda always puts that rubber handrail on metros

  • Marta is ok. I like ridin the train.

  • cool.. looks and sounds like the metro rail in Washington DC

  • shut up its cooler and better and the old ones were orange!!

  • so this is kinda like BART??? sorry, i am a san francisco girl!!! when starting up, it sounded a lot like BART!!!

  • Marta is kinda like BART, apart from the fact that BART is useful.

  • same with the R160's in MTA.

  • If you thank BART is useful then you in the wrong town because. If you live in Atlanta you ride MARTA hands down regardless of its reputation!.

  • that car starting up sounded like the brand new cars in NYC

  • When I took the MARTA from the airport, they never made any announcement.

  • thats still good that they have a person still doing the announcements i always love seeing a good trainride from you cause they are some of the best

  • There were no automated announcements in this train. So far, the vast majority of them do have computer announcements.

  • @musicfreakcc they all do but for some reason the new management is shitty and doesn't have the automated ones running, same thing for the tvs they used to stream 24/7 on every railcar and now they're on captions. It was perfect in the late 90s and early 2000s. They've fallen so far now.
