I just found out how to do this. the first time you play an EA game online it makes you make an account, so you have to sign in with the account you made in-game. Thats why if you make an account online and says gamertag in use. If you forgot your account or password, try calling EA, maybe they can help you. So if you do have your account, sign in with it and then make your masks and then it will let you send it to game.

guys.. if you are signed in to your EA account.. and it is linked to your gamertag or psn account.. then you have to edit and save.. then choose the design and a drop down list appears.. click PUBLISH.. give it a name, desc, allow ppl share, and click the small box at the bottom saying you agree etc.. then click PUBLISH AND SEND TO GAME. You have a few boxes to choose.. click on the small thing that says SEND THIS TO GAME SLOT, then put in the game and select the cutom masks. Hope that helped.

@wheelmanv u have to use ur first ever made ea acount to be able to upload ur mask. after u login with ur first ever ea account that was linked to ur gamertag, click on change persona and choose the option with ur gamertag on it. then after you've double-clicked refresh the page and it should say ur gamertag on the login screen. after that try again to upload ur mask and it should work.

P.S u might have to start creating ur mask again cause thats what happened to me.

@metalwaffle94 turn on your console, check which email you use to go online or play multiplayer online ps3/xbox 360. then make sure when you sign up with( ARMY OF 2 ) where u customize your mask or armor are the same email. thats the only way to do it. if it dont match then theres your problem. let me know if its working.
