The one at 3:50 was debunked, ghost hunters didn't say, but if you look at the table earlier in the episode you can see a figurine on the table in the living room that looks just like the supposed "ghost footage".

There are many old pictures at 6min this can be a broken of the cam or that the photograph don´t stand still, etc.! but the colors pics look´s cryptic!
