I have the 3G S with firmware 4.0.1. I have used both phones. (daughter has blackberry. The blackberry and all the others (Droids etc. ) have such a cheap feel. The other phones just feel like business attempts to calm down apple.

I must point out something, if I do come across as a bit pedantic. When one turns off the BlackBerry Storm, initially the BlackBerry device goes into a "sleep mode" of sorts for a short period of time before actually completely powering off, thus conserving power. bs, I have owned a bb storm and iphone 3gs, and the bb takes for ever to cold boot(I think the bb was in standby :( ....) I would go back to the bb if the OS had a bigger application base. Sure the iphone has a large app base, but the quality is extremely lacking(App store applications suck) but apps from cydia, and rock repositories are decent.

something a lot of people dont know about blackberry is that with its data it compresses it so its 5x smaller so if u used 5 mb on the iphone u would only use 1mb on the blackberry,,, just putting that out there
