i have observed that Indian army is training civilians to become commando,bcoz these guys do know how to use basic equipment like compass, if they are not civilian guys than Indian army train them for what during the basic unit training course, because commandos comes from different military units and commando training make them special guys, so here after this training they will be only army guys not commandos, in Pakistan these techniques are for regular army, commandos are much more advances

They are called commandos but that does not mean that they are special forces. Special forces go through a very extensive training after the commando course.
