Good, but I don't know if you took time to display Dr. Paul's substantial side. Issue votes are nice, but the man has some eloquent speeches that belong in any good ad.

Still, very energetic video. Would have aired well.

Personally, I feel any "speeches"/peoples testomony is quite trite and also very boring/typical - at this stage. I was trying to educate the common person who was perhaps seeing the doctor for the first time. The term "wacko/weirdo" is tossed around by many non RP supporters...so I used this as a way to clarify the main points...pulled directly from his flyer.

Anyway, not bad. I like the style, but would like a _bit_ more substance, and the whole "leader" concept is actually the other guys' bag, not Ron's. He's more into public service -- a phrase which is farcical when applied to someone like, say, Rudy or Mitt. They really do want to be our "leader"... which is why we can't let them!

For extra credit, translate "leader" into German. ;-)

I really did like the ad though, besides that.

It would have been nice to KNOW that the video wouldn't be shown full screen, as my promo was carefully thought out to be a full fledged commercial coming out of a bunch of talking heads...had I known it would be shown off to the side and not visually prominent...I surely wouldn't have made a visually aesthetic piece. I was really trying to make it stand out from the boring spots that are so predictable...ESPECIALLY for Ron Paul...who shouldn't ever be boring :)

yeah Adrian, you did great. I have been rooting for your ad in the latest superbowl thread. Except I think those idiots will fumble with the boring frankdogg poltical talking point ad. SOOOO STUPID, these knuckle heads know zero about marketing for the right demographics. Mistake after mistake after mistake. I am getting frustrated. Your ad would work perfectly for the superbowl theme because it sneaks up on you, it's atypical, and hard hitting.

You really "Got" my add...there's so much noise and talking...the best adds have no pitch man, just a pulsing driving vibe - causing the viewer to stop and take a deep breath of reason :)
