I was almost afraid Group Therapy was going to be a sub-par album, but it's just the opposite- it's the quintessential Blonde album. If I had to play only one Concrete Blonde album for somebody that's never heard them before, this would be the one. I wasn't too thrilled with the followup- "Mojave"....it seems that when Johnette is happy in life, she loses a bit of edgeiness in her music. But that's okay- I love C. B., always will. I've been lucky enough to see them four times over 20 years.

"Bloodletting" was my FAV 'CB' CD of all-time with "MM" coming in a VERY close second ("Free" was a VERY underrated CD, IMO).

I LOVE the darkness of this song
...oddly though:
it sounds like a demo for a Tori Amos album. (...with a much better singer) : )
I thought the lyrics on this last album were not quite up to the par of Mexican Moon and Walking In London was.
