Non metto in dubbio il fatto che L'Italia del 2006 aveva voglia di riscatto dopo Calciopoli, ma sicuramente nn aveva qualità e non era messa in campo come l'Italia del 1998 o del 94..Allora avevamo abbondanza di ottimi giocatori, le classiche "staffette" R.Baggio-Del Piero e poi Del Piero- Totti...
infatti credo che potenzialmente l'italia del 94 fosse le più forti di tutti i tempi e tieni presente che un certo arrigo oltre a fare cazzate tattiche come signori a centrocampo lasciò a casa gente come annoni, fontolan, lombardo, panucci, silenzi, vierchwood, con i quali quel brasile lì non ci avrebbe fatto neanche il solletico..

Io ricordo ke Sacchi nn lo voleva schierare Baggio in finale e la sera prima dopo un lungo consulto con Riva ed Ancelotti, si decise per il SI in maniera molto forzata, anke perkè Baggio voleva esserci pure a costo della vita. Dopotutto se l'Italia era arrivata lì era stato sopratutto merito suo e pure a mezzo servizio ti poteva trovare la supergiocata.

@ILSignorAntonio si hai ragione del senno di poi son piene le fosse. il vero problema è ke nel 94 erano consentite solo 2 sostituzioni e una delle 2 fu bruciata dopo appena 20 minuti xkè apolloni entrò al posto di un mussi infortunato. se avessiamo avuto 3 sostitutzioni uno tra zola e signori sarebbe potuto entarre. quel brasile aveva difensori davvero lenti e uno come zola li avrebbe messi in difficoltà. l'Italia ha tenuto bene ma in attacco con massaro e baggio infortunato non esistevamo..

era una grande squadra, persone eccezionali (signori, massaro, maldini albertini, donadoni, pagliuca) tutti nel fiore delle loro capacità-...e poi ROBI BAGGIO nettamente sopra tutti..sicuramente 94-98 e 2000 ci son state le nazionali italiane piu forti ma nn se vinto nulla..poi abbiam vinto nel 2006 con una squadra di mezzi rottami..il pallone è proprio rotondo!!!!

La mia valutazione era sul modello squadra/qualità giocatori.
Non metto in dubbio il fatto che L'Italia del 2006 aveva voglia di riscatto dopo Calciopoli, ma sicuramente nn aveva qualità e non era messa in campo come l'Italia del 1998 o del 94..Allora avevamo abbondanza di ottimi giocatori, le classiche "staffette" R.Baggio-Del Piero e poi Del Piero- Totti...

in 2010 we will have many good players that can make win Italy the fifth world cup and i can confess you that even if Brazil has a real good team the team favourite is England because they have finally found a good trainer..italian, Fabio Capello..if u remember in 1994 Brazil won playing at italian style as Parreira leaded that team that but Romario and Bebeto - was made of players having made flop in italian and other teams. In brazil of 94 in italy played not just 2 but taffarel, branco aldair dunga marcio santos mazihno and all of them have not much success in italian serie A. it has no importance how Italy is playing now, the important is the world cup. if in 34 and 38 world cups were for amateurs why Brazil played also those world cups and lost demifinal with Italy in 38..? I never said Brazil is a great power just because Italian tacttica but those players admitted playing in Italy bettered them. A champion is not just because he won if he arrived to make great things. Cruiff for example was a greta champion even if he didn't win a world cup but he deserved it like Roberto Baggio or Zico. Brazil played too demifinal but not with a strong enemy like Germnaya and not having played extratime leggendary like Italy-germany 4-3. I never denied that Brazil nin 1970 was the best and deserved to win. I just said that if Italy had had the chance to play not after a so stressing match Italy could give more problems and the fisrt time finished 1-1 of final is the proof of it. We Italian just lost that match and that other just by penalty in 94.

We won at German home in 2006 in demifinal and dominating that match then if we italians play well we can win also at your home if referees will not help u like in 2002 also if Brazil doesn't need to be helped. I never said that Brazil won 5 world cups with hel of referees. I said that in 2002 Brazil had a expulsion and a penalty in favour in match vs Turkey and a gol nulled vs Belgium in favour and that over all all real enemies of Brazil, Spain, Italy and Portugal were damaged by referees and everybody said it not just italians. I am sure Brazil would have won at the same way without helps then why they helped Brazil?

The World Cup is just around the corner, he doesn't have too long to put a new team together, it takes a lot of time to find chemistry in a team, any kind of sport, not only football. You can't just call young players and expect them to start winning games overnight, that just doesn't happen, even if they are the best ones. Loot at Real Madrid ! They have Kaka, CR, Benzema, all good players, they have not yet found a common denominator yet.

A winner team doesn't born in a year. The italian team wiining in 2006 born in 1998 and lost many chances to win in 2000 2002 and 2004 beofre to win. Now that team inserting 3-4 young and valid players can win also in 2010 before to be chenaged totally but young players are not all like Pele or Bergomi able to win already at 18 years a world cup. You are right about last matchs Brazil-Italy but don't forget that Italy in february had made a regular gola with Grosso before to have goal in its porta. If Lippi will insert young and good players that we have in our Serie A we can win vs Brazil.

The refs in 2002 made mistakes sure, but not only for Brazil. Refs make mistakes all the times, including in the game Italy x Australia. Why do you keep mentioning the refs helped Brazil? They also helped Italy......you have to look at your own side too.

Referresw are not robots they make mistake and sometimes help stronger teams when they are weak but when a team attack more than other it's normal it could happen an episode in favour of the stronger team. Only France in 1998 won without helps from referees but No team in wold cup history won a world cup thanks to help of referres because it's impossible. Brazil and Italy won the half of world cups played because they are stronger than others.
