I think the problem was in the sensor alignment, or maybe it was too close to the magnets.

Ok problem solved. "Take apart and rebuild" method works always :)
The problem ain't with the motor (which btw has only one cylinder). I think it's with the Revmax sensor.. The motor runs smoothly when the limiter is disabled.

Olli im not sure why its doing it, never had a problem with mine..

hmm. Check the pistons. One of them might have a scratch in them.
