  • sounds like a printer

  • I just watched a cat chase a laser for 3 minutes......... ok.....

  • Is it safe for the cat eyes..? I want to buy this toy for my cat {^o^}

  • @cecepswp : Hi ! I think it is safe for cats, cause they wont stare right to the light, they just chasing it on the floor/wall :D

  • @cecepswp No. Even if the laser is reflected it's still damaging to the retina. As cats have extra-sensitive vision the damaging effects of a high energy light beam are compounded.

  • @AnnhilatorPed - Thanks :)

  • @cecepswp If you have it on a high enough surface they will never even inspect it and then it will never go in their eyes so it will be perfectly fine. It's bounced off a small mirror first too, so it's not a direct laser. So yeah just don't put it on the floor where they might go and inspect it and keep an eye on them when they're using it. I got one today and it's fun! :)

  • battery type and how log they last im really interested cuz im away often these time

  • it need 4 AA batteries, it last about 3 months. the light is strong, my cat can play it at day time too ! after 15 mins it turn off itself. my cat is crazy about this toy, every time I pick it up, she will "meow" at me, so that I know she wanna play :) ** I guess Amazon has the cheapest price**

  • @kwmua Thanks for the infos!

  • it should have a motion detector :-P that would be awsome

  • hmm i wonder if it isnt dangerous for the cats eyes ...

  • @Idana1976 yes if the cats stare into it, but no cats will do that, plus the laser isnt very powerful at all..
