  • The fleur de lis is actually not a flower, like someone said. But it is in fact French. It is the French symbol of royalty, which is why it is the saint louis saints symbol- as Louisiana was a French territory. d:

    It's a political, dynastic, artistic, and emblematic symbol. It's French, I believe, but it's used a lot in Italian artwork. It's actually on the couch in my living room.
