Jazz Remixed at it's finest. The Beastie Boys truly are the most appreciative of jazz/funk/pop/rock. How could you ever tire of listening to these sounds?
ive had this album for over a year, and listened to it for the first time yesterday. what the hell have i been doing with my life? hands down the best instrumentals ive heard
cant wait till september 15 for hot sauce committee pt1..normaly i wouldnt say that but cuz of the beasties i got to learn how to like hot sauce.they dont know when part 2 is coming out.what album is spam in
this is proof that they're great musicians. they may not be technical, but they're rhythmic and can play a wide range of styles. punk, rap, jazz, gotta love em.
I can listen to this whole album without skipping a single song.
I hope they release more instrumental albums like this one, and I don't see why they shouldn't make another one, if after all, this one got them a "Grammy Award for best Pop Instrumental Album of 2007".
Fucking Beastie Boys are the shit, have always been the shit at least IMO, I still got the fucking 12".Bought that album back in,musta been 1986 or fucking 87'.back when it was Doug E Fresh,Fat Boys,Beastie Boys, Old Sko0l ftw.
Well, what you're talking about is gangster rap. Honestly, to me gangster rap should be taken off the streets for bad influence. Too many kids follow what they say and become a pain to society.
@Crraabbmmaann music industry would crumble without gangsta rap??? YOU have no clue what your saying...even brittney spears has more influence than wanksta rap
@Crraabbmmaann Beastie boys are a punk group from the beginning of the 80s, they swaped to hip-hop after their first album. They released license to Ill before NWA Ice Cube or Daddy Kane hit the scene. Beastie Boys make hiphop, not hardcore rap.

@jimmyjimmyjimjim2293 Biggie was pretty much Gangsta Rap. I mean songs like 'Gimme the loot' and 'The ten crack commandments' are pretty negative for kids to be listening to. Also, he started all the materialistic bullshit, rapping about champagne and fucking Gucci socks! Oh, and what was with those horrible Bill Cosby sweaters?!!
@bugstrut - Biggie was the first I heard just name dropping for the sake of showing off wealth..prior it was mentioning pumas and addidas but that was more mentioning what was worn on the streets & bboy community..it got ridiculous lame after that with P-diddy & Mase, they would devote entire songs to expensive name brands with little else said..they were also the beginning of terrible lyrics and saying nothing but still getting a hit record.all swagger no substance
@markdrew3535 You are right on here. P-diddy was the beginning of the end. Everything starting going to hell after 1997-1998. I mean everything, not just hip hop.
@8133169 might as well ban TV and movies and video games and billboards and radio ads and other people in the world...wouldn't want those kids to have a bad influence right?
@8133169 Are you stupid? Parents need to do their fucking jobs and quit educating their kids right. It's not music, movies or video games that ruin kids but bad parenting and retarded kids. You're just one of those lazy people who want to place blame on anything but yourself or parents. When we have people in our society, children or, who are unable to differentiate between reality and fantasy then the problem rests with themselves. Well i do beg your pardon. And yea i know, his father is Israel Horovitz, you must be really bored to trawl youtube correcting peoples typing errors, how about you share an opinion and comment on the video instead of being so obsessed with other peoples mistakes, the misspelling of the name did not detract from the subject matter. However, you're watching BB's vidz so i respect yuo. Peace and love.
I take it back, i've just lost all respect for you, even if you have a reason, do you really need to be a bitch? Just try not being a bitch at all, it will make you a nicer person. And i like how you construe that i was being arrogant in simple text? Was it the tone of my text that led you to this conclusion?? I'll try not to type arrogantly anymore.
This song is so cool it's hard to find the words to discribe it. I shoot fireworks for a living and I play this on wireless headphones while I shoot. Works perfect every time!

You dont need wikipedia, just a bit of common sense. Ad Rocks real name is Adam Horowitz, his father is a famous Jewish poet.

Peace and love.

i was being a bitch to you for a reason. because you were being arrogant.
i dont need to comment to their videos. why would i need to? i take them for what they are.
