It's not as if the country has no hospitals at all and everyone lives in mud huts, the majority of it's people are just very poor, and the man in this video, judging by his dress, seems to have at least some money. That being said it is extraordinarily unlikely that many people could afford a C-section, so who knows?

That's always the same old question from the deluded. To understand why there can be no god you must observe matters from a different perspective. The action equals the person, so if you have a god in your life there is usually a defining reason why this is. I sometimes resent having to be classed as an "ist" or "stic", when I am merely a human being. being that as it may, people can believe in whatever they want as long as they accept others will scoff.
