my favourite song. Angelo Moore was pure inspiration! Makes me feel young again. Am I wrong to say that the music world could do with another fishbone today.
saw them recently again on the hudson river rocks off show. always great, always inspired, and possitive. watching them live puts me in a better place. seeing the video is almost sad, to see what the world once was or could've been, when music had a message, meaning, musicianship and a nibble of the mainstream. keep playing forever please Fishbone
Love how these guys blend all the insturments ...as One the horns guitars bass drums vocals ..love these guys in the 80's 90's and still today thanks for the clip
I can't speak for the guy but I don't think Angelo is trying to challenge people to like the crazy stuff he does....I just think he's being himself. Non-sensical or not. You act like that's such a horrible thing or that it has no artistic/creative/musical value just because you don't have a taste for it.
This tune, while one of the best on the record, was a sure sign the band was about to implode for me when it came out. Can you believe the utter nonsense bari-sax "solo" Angelo tosses off on the end of that beautiful song? The whole "I defy you to like this" bullshit is tiring, and seems to be all Mr. Moore is capable of producing anymore. Tragedy. At their peak they were the best band on earth.
This is one of thr greatest bands around the more I listen to the m the more beautiful they sound. Somthing about great vocal about human adversity or striff to peace and love and fantastic musicain and showmanship that really gets me i guess.

This song seems to resemble sunshine. And therefore, it is a good song to listen to when things aren't bright enough.
And the Baritone Sax is just awesomely cool, in my opinion.
