@Fujitsu3258 TL is definitely heavy if compared to Civics, its heavier than Accords but not by much, 99-08 TLs have curb weight <3,500lbs, Accords are 3,000-3,300lbs depending on years and models (about 80% sure). we dont talk about the 4th gen TL because its a big disappointment to Acura fans and TL enthusiasts everywhere, and whoever designed that new body style should be castrated
Sorry, but 14.2 is NOT fast by any means. Especially for a SC TL. I ran 14.0 in my Accord 6 speed with I/Jpipe. That's not fast either. Most SC TL's are seeing low 13s though they should be in the 12s :)

They only make the stock size and underdrive size UR pulley With all of those mods you would be doing faster then a "14.2" claimed by you esp with "custom built heads" do you own a one of a kind never to be seen TL?? Also i believe nuncahomo is correct... 14.2 is a very quick time... I'm going to the local track soon to see what i can do... just need new tires.... mine are bald from doing road racing...
Well I was rounding up Ryan! I believe its actually 293hp.... But i have a CAI coupled with a throttle body extender, Racing pulleys, Full exhaust including J Pipe, High Flow Cat, Cat back exhaust and custom built heads.
Haha your TL and mine kinda do the same and I have: ATLP Base exhaust-RV6 Test Pipe (Resonated)-ATLP Jpipe-P2R Spacer-AEM CAI. I got a 14.2 1/4 the other day. Not too bad. And I got the 5 AT!! lol I am not complaining.
Can people stop saying 14.2 is sad. If you would know anything about CARS, the TL is a heavy four-door sedan. At least 2 tons. Even though it has a supercharger it doesn't mean that it's an outrageously fast car. It's not made to go like hell. So 14.2 is pretty good for a car like that.
14.4 is for a six speed base model and just because the magazines got that it doesn't mean you will see that at the track. This car is an automatic and they are lucky to see 15 flat bone stock, so a 14.2 isn't horrible. Acura's automatics are known to suck up power, unfortunately.

If i brought my 300HP 06 TL out there i'd do 14.2 and it doesn't have a supercharger... its all about shortshifting and knowing how to drive!

14.2 is also faster than most of the muscle cars from the 60's and 70's, which people don't realize.
