    Why would the inspector go back to the house to discuss his report with the seller? He is working on behalf of the buyer...

    He should have a few photos of the bad roof included in his report

  • Yes we come out again for a fee of 125. The buyer should have been at the inspection. (Time, gas, and lost money)
