@sparklesmagic Tell your dog to sit, grab their ear, and gently pull down and shake it just a little, they'll wave their paw to try and get you to stop, repeat the command with what you want to call it, you can do it with both sides for a 'hello' and 'good bye' effect. My dog KeyKey knows Hello, hope this helps.
