  • So let me get this straight. This is an "advanced" dumbbell squat? And the whole purpose behind a squat is for quad and glut development, but you are telling people to break the plain or seated position? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a proper squat? The lower you go past the "plain" the more damage you can do to your joints regardless of flexibility. Once you break the plain, you are no longer working your gluts and quads. They are only able to engage after you reach that plain again.

  • @laxgod01 i get all my personal training clients goblet squatting, great exercise to teach them the mechanics of a squat and get them used to keeping there chest up !! 5* exercise for sure
