I was thinking about buying a machine and i seen negative feedback about it and Ephren. The bad feedback comes from here and an article online which doesnt say much credential wise. So, I looked them up in the BBB and they have 2 complaints in the past 36 months. Both about refund. One was solved and refunded and the other complaint isn't solved yet. They're rated an F by the BBB but thats because they dont have enough information. To me those 2 complaints dont discourage me. Need proof please.
