@eat4peace Its the B3TA, Beer Beer Beer song I would recommend copying Ytube audio from; watch?v=b-faA4SblZQ Its a short version as the full one is about 3mins, there are two versions normal and Jonti.

Check out their website for download links. No joy and I can upload the full version as a private link for you to download MP3 audio.

@MiCHeaL97C I started with camel and sprayed over it with the differing darker colours. Each time I applied a different colour I used slightly thicker grass leaves to reduce the amount of paint applied. I kept them in the same general direction and tried to apply to give the effect of darkness shadows. Hit and miss but seemed to work out, it looked a lot better in the flesh.

@AdriWL I now use Krylon, they really are flat. Expensive but dries quick and works well.

what are the advantages of a carbine and what's your preference?

@chalzegro I would choose a carbine for hunting/stalking, I like the movement of a smaller rifle. A full rifle would have a larger air res and so more shots per fill but if you have 67 shots for a day out on targets or hunting you can always go back to the vehicle and refill the rifle.

@feiz01 Made no difference to the scope at all. I used a fine strip of tape over the mag and AO figures which I removed after spraying.

Far Play!, that looks well smart. I watched all the vids from sanding down to this one. I got the same gun, and that must have taken some balls to do that. You could have made a right pigs ear of it, then you would have been left with a good gun that looked like a pile of crap.

@PLEDGEY Thanks Pledgey, It did take some nerve and you can probably see that in the painting sections. I origionally started to do the stock only but had some brain spasm and did the lot. In the flesh, as such, it looked even better. It was a good job in the end but not for the fainthearted to undertake. A member of the BSA OG has in now.

AAS410's are brilliant rifles no doubt!

Thanks, the moderator is the AA unit for the S410. Very good cost is in the UK around £40 - £45. Most large online shops sell them but wont post except to a RFD. The AAS4++ are a very popular rifle and many smaller gunshops sell them.

A mistake, I masked off the butt pad but for the vid I did not remove the masking - So it looks like its not there but it is and is unpainted! Just hidden under the painted tape.

An S510, hummm... What about the DPM style as my Ultra on the stock and camo fabric tape wrap around the metal parts?
