Yeah!!! Right there with you. Started back to the gym and pool myself, determined that I will succeed. Mini-me will be FREE!!! You can do it and you will do it and you are already doing it by making this choice. You're such an inspiration to me. Initially I thought you were going to say you were leaving YT or something like that, but glad to see it is a :O). I started writing again too, which was need for far too long. Gone back to old journals and flashing back on my blog too. We will WIN!!!!!

Funny, I was just mentioning to my imaginary friend that there are not enough You Tube videos using visual aids. It's like "Ask and you shall receive!"

I have never done water aerobics but understand that it's a great form of exercise. Very supportive of the joints and offers great resistance too. Good move for you!

@inspector941 Yes, it's perfect for my joints and knees right now. I'm being careful not to over do it. I'll eventually get into a routine and be so damn limber I'll be able to put my feet behind my head while doing a double somersault off the diving board! How do you like them apples?! Lol :D
