@ChongLong83 I want to go to china as well and learn martial arts from maybe both shaolin AND wudang OR shaolin/wudang seperately (if i cant do together) not sure which one i want to do, but what are my options? I know if i were never to return to my country my mom would be saddened so what can I do? I heard that the shaolin temple has become commercial and i wouldn't get the same full training then if i was chinese. btw how many just guess but how many people would you say know english in china
@TheScript206: there is only one way: you have to give up your nationality first to pursue the chinese one. But you if you go to wudang and find a daoist master willing to accept you, then they will help you to pursue the chinese nationality. The question is only if you are willing to give up your worthy passport forever. But there are plenty options to go to china, to study directly from monks and masters without becoming a real monk.
@PkzMoonWalker Maybe it is possible in some places. I guess it depends on where you go. But your stay will definitely be one of a visitor and you would have to pay for tuition or at least accomodation. Where do you want to go? What for, Kungfu or do you really want to become a monk. Only chinese can do that. Do you want to lose your passport and become a chinese citizen? Maybe with 18. But some schools offer good overall training.
@PkzMoonWalker If you like, you can come to master's wang's school and you'll be not alone. There are plenty students of your age as well as some foreigners with this age, who come with their parents permission. You would live at the school which provides supervision, accomodation, boarding and training. best wishes
My recommendation for you is that you should go there first for a decent time span and check out everything by yourself. That kind of things should be contemplated about for a long time seriously. Becoming monks in china do the same even without having to give up their nationality. Daoist monk masters always say: "clear up with your family first before you go, otherwise you will never have peace in your mind even living a secluded life at the monastery".
Please, would you be able to post the song title/artist/ album name to this video. I am so moved by this song and the video WOW! Would love to buy the album. I know it might seem unrelated but what a great song!

thanks Benjamin you re right for sure, i have the opinion that it is necessary that how more practice in one (form,style.....) that better it will be for you, and for this reason it is not good to overload you with to much stuff. it is how you described it at the internet page its better to learn 1 thing 1000 times as 1000 things 1 time. My Master in Luxemburg is the same opinion
@Turoklex90: Yes and it's better to realize that as truth now. I couldn't say that about my beginning times. But in the end most of all will admit that basics and specialization are the most important things to cultivate great real skills. If not, you'll often see sad stagnation.
I love this video, i saw a lot of Wudang Kung fu videos(sanfeng xuanwu Longmen pai...), yes some guys said i shouldnt trust the schools and i should go at the place to make my one experiences........
But i fell in love with Master Wang patience and his Kung fu........
For me trust and honor are the most important things in Kung fu i honor Master Wang and i want to learn from him and spread wudang pai over the world
@Turoklex90: hey my friend, i'm more than sure that you'll make your way, but it will need you to go it step by step. do not try to fly all the way through. there are no shortcuts. be willing but patient. for you as for everybody there is no reason for inordinateness in any way.
@ChongLong83 also i want to try and learn chinese but just in case i dont just asking.

It's my goal to go to the Wudang mountains and become a monk. I do not know the possibilities of this happening, but one can always work for it.
