One of the dumbest "photography" vids if seen on YouTube. Who does "glamor" photos? Who wants to? Hell, who has a studio? Hey, I know models are as phony as three dollar bills.

One of the first things you should learn about photography is the effect of shadows and natural light and why all the GOOD photographers get up early to capture the early rays in the migic hour and this goof in blabbing about a ring light that will make your face look a chalk and tends to wash out highlights.

Just to set you straight, glamour studio work IS a specialty...very profitable I might add. The magic hour has it's place, but it happens twice a day. What can you do with the other 23 hours?...expand your knowledge a lil' bit. Get in the studio and shape some light..then we'll talk.

Back in 07 We all used Bronicolor or some other expensive and we used to pay about 1K a light. Since 3rd and 4th generation Pro digital cameras are out you can now light the scene with a maglight!!! Now that the new "In" is continuous lighting you can now get these things in LED or Florescent for much less.

Dont buy it people its garbage... ITs made of cheap plastic.. The the small hole does not allow you to get your fingers in to use the focus ring to focus your lens... The camera mount is literaly a complete joke... The front reflector falls off constantly. Seriously its the biggest piece of junk I have every seen.. Got ride of it and went back to using my Profoto ring flash.. Whichis only 700.00 bucks new cheaper on ebay if you find a used one.
