The "underage" claim is a myth... they needed to keep the VHS release under 2 hours (120 minutes), obviously it was in the live Pay-Per-View feed, but they decided to cut this song. If you check Wikipedia, the running time for the home VHS / LaserDisc / DVD release is 118 minutes, just under 2 hours.

3) They make DVD & VHS releases identical. When they cut 3 songs off the Elevation DVD to fit both PCM & Dolby audio, they did the same to the VHS release even though they didn't need to...

4) A ton of time and money got spent editing, cutting and mastering the original VHS release. For a DVD upgrade, it's one thing to touch up the picture and audio quality for the existing feature as-is, but it's a HUGE pain in the ass to re-insert old footage back into the main feature, even though the raw footage existed. MUCH easier to add it into Disc 2 as a stand-alone track...
