At her age, she should be getting healthy fats as well, which can be all obtained from healthy food combinations like beans and rice, and nuts and vegetables. So her not eating meat doesn't really matter, because she can get all her nutrition anyway, but seeing as she's not really eating anything at all, she probably couldn't get enough protein even if she was eating meat.She also should be gaining from puberty

Thats funny bc she is DEF model material today. Taller, thinner, sickly. Boy how things have changed since the year of this movie…. I actually wish back those Cindy Crawford skinny but curvy modeling days. Now they are all curveless sticks who are all going to have major issues in their 30's and 40's. HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT

this was my life in high school and i still battle with various forms of eating problems every day. Once you have an eating disorder it never goes away. You just have to take one day at a time and hope things get better.
