Considering what a great sports coupe the 240Z was, Datsun had pretty much lost the plot when they released this model 280ZX. Overweight and sloppy, more of an executive cruiser than a sports coupe.

Having said that, this one looks gorgeous. I second leonardo302's comment.

LOOK at the 2.45 minute mark. That odometer has been turned back.The zeros should all line up. If the car has only 45 miles on it then the zeros before it should all line up.

When buying a car on E-bay always look for that. If it sounds too good to be true.... it probably is.

Restored what? What you see is a completely original car that was driven into a dry storage shed behind the detail bay, covered and forgotten for a few decades. Started every once in a while. The first owner started driving it in 2009 in the Middle East

Anyone can reset an odometer to zero, you just need to disassemble the dash. To do it truthfully you should replace everything that is perishable in the car however.

The car you see is 100% original. It still had the cosmoline on the engine. It was also rustproofed when new so it was practically embalmed. It sat in a storage room behind the dealership for about 30 years, under a cloth. We sold it on ebay to a gentleman in the UAE. What you see he is the best original 280ZX in existence.
