I had one of these idiots call me 2 years ago with a restricted number and just calling themselves Mr So and So and I told him I wasn't going to pay the debt since his client repod the car and I didn't have the money anyway and I hung up. He called back and left a VM saying he was turning it over to the County that I lived in for immediate prosecution. I just laughed. He called back a year later and said "this is your last chance" and I said go for it - come and get me see ya - nothing since
