  • I want to get to the stage where I hurt the piss out of my opponent- if your arms are so conditioned that the opponent is yelping in pain, there is no need for a 5 or 10 minute kumite.

  • the tree win !

  • Im glad to see that Im not the only one that trains on trees! Keep it up.

  • i dont care how hard your bones are, when i punch you on the chin you go down and then i stick my fingers up your nose.

  • I try to stay away from striking live trees, I always have this feeling that the tree is telling me to stop hitting him.

  • Thank you for the good words. I owe gratitude to Sifu Frank Bolte, who taught me these methods to train.

Yes... this place is very nice... I hope I won't make the trees my enemies...seriously. I think it is worth training this on a living tree.

The feeling is different than training on a log... although Sifu Papadatos from Greece said to me when I was a kid, that there is still life inside a tree that is cut

I try to train on the same tree everytime

I think it is getting stronger too... : )

  • @VanRublee I like your personality a lot and good method of training, i'm doing a lot of research into bone conditioning it seems clever but some people are doing it completely the wrong way. This is similar to how bruce Lee trained.

  • this is a very good garden to do training,

good work !! Nice LingGung ~~~

  • u hurt your leg hahahahahha
