To everyone else, thank you for participating and keep tuned for more special promotions because I want to find every reason to give stuff away and sell instruments as cheaply as possible... without cheapening Arnhem Land craftsmen and their wonderful work.
Is this promotion closed already? Anyway I'm very excited to see this yirdaki, and Larry's wonderful play!! I would like to have this killer stick. If I can have it, I will be able to tell all my friends about this youtube channel with playing this instrument!!
Fantastic playing and lovely bright sound. Honestly I would love to have this stick so that I could learn to play it well, it has such a beautiful sound.
Larry is a machine - his playing is what to strive for. Honestly, I would love to add this stick to my small but slowly growing collection. When my wife asked me why should I have it, my immediate response was - "I shouldn't - it should go to someone just starting out who deserves to experience a well crafted and special yidaki". But I would love to have it.
Very nice! I'd like to have this yidaki to be able to explore adding some traditional voice and technique to my own playing. The tone is great and the responsiveness would allow me to push my own abilities further. Thank you for sharing this opportunity with us!
Yikes! Excellent stick and another excellent show from Larry. While a Burrngupurrngu yidaki in my collection would be a terrific addition, these clips of Larry are pure gold to anyone learning traditional playing. Thanks again, Guan.
Good responses from everyone and very hard to pick a clear winner. But this comment strikes a cord because of its inherent truth, which is that a great instrument does not necessary have to be huge. Sometimes a seemingly simple and small instrument can do wonderful things that larger yirdaki cannot. So regeridu, if you want this stick it is yours :-)
Possibly the best video so far... Larry really is an amazing player..with a great sounding stick like that you really do have a match made in heaven... Tanks for the video..loved it!!!
Wow! This yirdaki is alive in Larry's hands. It almost has a dance of its own. The rythms seem to carry themselves and the overtone is really clear. A lovely yirdaki.
Cool when he waves to someone

This is certainly an exceptionally well-balanced and powerful stick. It seems rather petite in Larry's accomplished hands.
Having one Burrngupurrngu in my collection already, it would acceptional to add another in this lively higher Yirritja pitch!

Big standing waves coming from every yirdaki he lays his hands on, or little hand waves in between, I don't know what touches our hearts more :)
