SB381 (1997) Voted No to require prisoners to pay court costs for frivolous lawsuits against the state
SB609 (2001)Would not cast a vote on law to restrict the location of Adult Businesses (Porno, Strip Clubs, etc.) to within 1,000 feet of elementary, secondary, and preschools, parks, places of worship.
SB485 (1999)Voted Yes to give offer of "Good Time" for sex offenders sentenced to county jail. *Obama was the only Yes vote.
