We`ve just finish eating it.I only addes one extra.Some garlic because i think it goes great with tomatos.Very nice dish thank you for the idea chef :)
This is great. Wish you showed the crust recipe. Is it just a pie dough basically? Goat cheese sounds good to me, but will have to try the Cabrales cheese. Hard to eat an heirloom tomato without basil! Have to trust you on the rosemary though and give it a shot. Thanks for the great idea.
Very nice. If you could substitute that nasty bacon stuff with maybe some sauteed mushrooms, and the heavily buttery crust with a regular pizza dough, you might have something.

the dough fo rtart is different in that it is more crumbly compared to the pizza dough which is more bread-ish.
