  • Thanks for sharing. I'm probably going to have to do this as well. A yagi shouldn't be able to cover the bandwidth needed to cover those channels without some compromise, but it's working there. Do you have a reference for the model? Also, did you use a network or splitter/combiner for the two antennas, or just parallel the leads?

  • the use of 3 baluns

    the upper vhf yagi has a balun to coax and that coax has another balun on the other end (which in term turns it into twinlead) hooking to the uhf yagi and another balun is hooked to the uhf going from twinlead to coax which is the output

    so its like this

    vhf->balun->coax->balun->uhf->­balun->output
