  • fit body

  • Very nicely explained thanks!

  • keeping the weight close to your legs can help your lats work as well and if you wanna lift something heavier it is impossible when the weight is under your chest. keep it close to your legs.

  • WOW this looks so bad... imagine trying to lift 50 lbs with this form. This is so scary... wanna break your back?!

  • this is the best explanation about this fck exercise, every guy on youtube forgot about she is saying ! bitches

  • She looks like Scott Travis.

  • go make me a sanwich bich!

  • @Samuraiul1 you ignorant piece of shit, I live I knew you so I could pull out with my pliers and lick my balls with them

  • Umm, she's just talking about how to execute the exercise, it's pretty general. She doesn't mention how to place your feet or how close to place the arms. Chill out dude.

Almost any person who has experience lifting knows how to place themselves and all that other jazz.

  • get back in the kitchen

  • Shouldn't you be molesting children? Run along now.

  • you better be posting that from the kitchen.

  • I'm guessing you're a miscer.

  • misc brah

  • its good how she keeps the arch in her back though. When lifting for fitness always keep your lower back arched during deadlifts.

  • WRONG! when performing any deadlift you need to have your hands close to your body e.g you start with the barbell touching your shins and throughout the whole movement you keep the barbell as close to your body throughout the whole lift. Holding the weight away from you like that will increase your risk for injury. in a stiff legged deadlift your legs are meant to be abit bent and held tightly in that position. You do not keep your knees "soft" do learn it properly then come back with a video.

  • Dam girl! make some more videos! :)

BTW the form is perfect for stiff legged, I have no clue what xstockholmx is talking about.

  • that form is not good and using that form while using any weight higher than a 1lbs kettlebell is a recipe for injury. The way she tells you to brace your legs while doing the lift is incorrect form and the way she holds her arms during the lift is incorrect form.

  • Why are the feet so close together, and does foot width matter much for this exercise?

    Thanks

  • her foot stance is really narrow. If your deadlifting really light weights and not challenging yourself I don't see anything wrong with it but with heavier weights it may cause back problems I'm not 100% certain on that though. If your wanting to work your glutes and legs like she says at the beginning then dont use a narrow stance like that. the narrower your stance the more it works your lower back. The wider the stance the more it works your glutes and hammies.

  • I personally use a hip width stance and I consider that to be really narrow I would recommend hip width to be the narrowest you go.
