Changing a diaper is one of the easiest things in the world. I've changed them since I was like 6 years old. BTW I was an only child. I just helped out with cousins.
Interesting that this film came out the very same year as THREE MEN AND A BABY. Both films are about an adult (or, in the case of THREE MEN, a trio of them) with absolutely NO childcare expertese, who suddenly finds the task of caring for a baby girl forced on her (or them). Both films also have at least one "diaper-changing fiasco" scene.
I remember renting this movie all the time when I was younger, I wanted a baby so bad!! I thought Elizabeth was so cute!! How old is Diane supossed to be in this movie?
@fullymetalotaku I know, it doesn't make sense, but it's nessessary for the plot to work. Otherwise JC would refuse to sign it, and there'd be no movie.
Y'know, I know she's a business woman and all that, but she really should have canceled her meeting and taken care of the affairs with the kid before trying to go through with something as important as THAT.
Erm....yeah RIGHT he's never held a baby before. He acted as if he had 10 kids :P Lmao. It's so funny when actors with kids pretend in movies never to have handled them. It just shows.
@Hawkwing4556 If you're refering to the actress, it was an act. The whole "she can't put a diaper on" was done as a joke, also it was supposed to emphisize that JC had no childcare skills. If you mean the character, well...JC had no childcare skills. She had no younger siblings, she'd never babysat anyone, and she had no plans of ever actually having a baby. This doesn't mean she had a bad/hard childhood.
no 6 year old should be changing diapers!!
