I've started watching Steve Harvey only recently and I find him extremely funny. I have never laughed so much in my life. He has a way about him that makes everything he says so funny. He really rocks.

@kocolatex I see what you're saying, although i'm white. I have a friend who's black and people say she might as well be white just cause she talks a certain way sometimes. She knows when to be professional & when its okay to goof off. That doesn't mean she's white or black or whatever. It just means she's smart and has common sense. @SweetlilCC Special preference i guess thats correct. Well i believed with my whole heart in god for 31 of my 32 years on earth. I went to christian schools from pre school through high school. Then i started doing research on religions and evolution, science, stuff like that. And I was having to make a TON of rationalizations and excuses for god. When i started looking at things like maybe there does not have to be a god, everything fell into place and finally made sense. Short version :P

@SweetlilCC No, not really. I mean i wanted to learn and hear about it when i believed and that was the majority of my life. I was surrounded by it day and night. School, free time, sunday, school activities, everything. I took it as fact that god was there.
But every believer has to admit there are tons of things that dont make sense. Either the bible is the word of god and EVERYTHING in it is perfect, or once you can debunk some of it the whole thing goes out the door

I had a problem with if we actually followed the book we all would be like the westborrow baptist church people. I had a problem with science clashing in just about every single way. I had a problem when i found out the same exact story as jesus has been told numerous times before. I had a problem with what you believe is about where you are born.

I had a problem with evolution being backed by 5 or 6 forms of science that ALL fit together perfectly. There is not even the slightest chance that evolution is not real. Its a fact. Micro and Macro is the same thing. Creationists just dont want to learn about evolution cause it might clash with their beliefs. I had faith my beliefs could stand up to anything. And just because one doesnt believe in another persons beliefs doesnt mean I dont worry about what other religions say.
